“After living in the same rented place for 14 years, our landlord suddenly announced she wanted to sell the house and asked us to leave! It was then that we began to think seriously about building our own place. Howver, as foreigners here, we didn’t know if it was even possible. We consulted with several banks but were refused a loan! Then upon recommendation we contacted Mirai Construction. It was through their efforts that we were granted a loan! We wanted a home that wasn’t like any other and even though we had a limited budget, Mirai helped our dream house come true! We were given a free hand in designing and choosing exactly what we wanted. The staff always was available to answer our questions and work out all details. Their personal service as excellent and always made every effort to please us. We felt the staff really understood our sometimes selfish (wagamama) desires and cheerfully accommodated us.
